Project Overview

Al Motiur Enterprise successfully carried out a comprehensive range of steel fabrication, architectural metal works, stair and railing systems, and construction safety works for the South Leaf residential project of South Breeze Housing Ltd.

Our scope covered both functional and architectural metal components, including steel shutters, window and sliding grills, verandah and stair railings, duplex stair and railing systems, and safety canopies. Each item was fabricated and installed with emphasis on strength, durability, safety, accurate fitting, and quality finishing.
